Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith first, the trust part comes later. - Man of Steel

It was trial by fire when I started renting cars and trucks to the film and television industry at Discount Car & Truck Rental over a decade ago. The speed at which productions needed things accomplished was daunting at first....but it worked for me. I became obsessed with trying to fulfill my clients’ requests at lightning speed. It earned me the nickname MFA (the "f" representing an expletive) because I was relentless in getting the job done. 

After many years in the business, I realized that I could meet my clients’ needs more efficiently if I went out on my own and created a one-stop shop for all of their production vehicles. I’m not completely alone, of course. I have partnered with some amazing rental companies who share my vision and have the infrastructure to support Krypton in providing the best service in the industry.

As for the name Krypton, Superman was an important connection between my late father and me, and the name of the company is a tribute to my dad, Robert Angel. I’m hoping to make him proud with this venture.  

I’m looking forward to working with my friends and colleagues in the industry for many years to come. I truly feel like part of the crew and am grateful to the people in the industry who have mentored me over the years and given me the confidence to take on this new challenge.
